While i appreciated the ceremony and the colors
for this festival which celebrated the dead spirits
of kings, i cannot say i was much impressed
with what it says about humanity.
As long as we continue, as humans, to perpetuate
scenarios that elevate certain humans over others,
I have little hope for the future of our species.
Social hierarchy is an animal kingdom phenomenon
that we, i believe, we must evolve beyond.
